SPL Clinic supports recovery from surgical, traumatic and medical scars. We assess scar mobility, sensitivity, adhesion, and how it may be affecting movement, posture, pain or daily function. Treatment may include manual therapy, desensitisation, movement rehabilitation and education to improve comfort, flexibility and confidence in everyday activities.
Pelvic health therapy at SPL Clinic supports recovery and function following pregnancy, surgery, or pelvic symptoms affecting daily life. We assess core and pelvic function, breathing patterns, posture and movement, providing personalised rehabilitation to improve strength, continence, comfort and confidence.

We are conveniently located in Colwyn Bay with easy access to public transportation and parking. Our facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Home visits are available in North Wales with small addition for travel. LEAF Health Clinic Llandudno is available location monthly.
